AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA,
TRADE UNIONS AND EMPLOYERS' ORGANISATIONS
ON TRIPARTITE PARTNERSHIP

Seeking to coordinate more efficiently the interests of parties in solving social, economic and labour problems as well as looking for social peace, the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, organisations of Trade Unions and Employers agree to the following:

1. To solve social, economic and labour problems on tripartite basis, collaborate in implementing of social, economic and labour policy;
2. To establish the Tripartite Council of the Republic of Lithuania and approve its Statute;
3. To sign every year tripartite agreement on social, economic and labour problems solving.
